Shiva is one of the three main Gods in Hinduism. Even-though we know him as a destroyer because he removes all evil from the world, here we see him depicted in a serene setting of Himalayas where he lives with a lush waterfall on his right and a fountain of spring water coming out of his haloed head, all along his eyes squint due to stillness and meditative presence. He actually has three eyes, the third eye is on his forehead. Shiva is one third of the Hindu trinity including Brahma and Vishnu.
